We launched with a single truck and a few units, and we still operate the same way. When you call, you reach me or somebody I would trust at my own home. We are family-run, so when something is not right with a unit, that falls on us, and we correct it that same day.
I track every delivery on one board in the office, and each driver reviews it before heading out. When we commit to Tuesday morning, that is exactly when we show up. If anything changes, I reach out to you before you need to reach out to us.
